WHAT DO YOU SEE?
A clean, transparent, clear wine, with no defects in the glass. Yellow-green, with golden reflections and intense colour. You can see the fat, unctuousness and trace of the wine in the glass (the "legs").
WHAT DO YOU SMELL?
Hints of flower veil, bakery, pastries, yeast and a high intensity without being pronounced that does not bother.
WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?
Dry wine, medium acidity, it has body that becomes fat, without being annoying. The warmth of the alcohol is noticeable, allowing it to breathe, nuances of toffee begin to appear.
WHAT TO PAIR IT WITH?
White meat, meat stews with vegetables. Nuts, smoked cheeses, grilled fish. Candied almonds, foie and seafood.
