WHAT DO YOU SEE? Slightly moving bubbles, a salmon-orange bird's eye colour, reminiscent of those wines made using the bleeding method. WHAT DO YOU SMELL? Country, earth, mineral, nature and a lot of expression. WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE? Dry wine, with a well-balanced low acidity, the alcohol is noticeable, leaving more "legs", more fat in the mouth. It has a light entry, a very balanced palate, with a slightly long finish where you can notice the acidity with a little astringency that is not annoying. WHAT TO PAIR IT WITH? Popcorn, pickles, sweet and sour dishes or sauces.
