WHAT DO YOU SEE? Garnet colour with tile reflections, with a deep medium intensity. WHAT DO YOU SMELL? Not at all aggressive nose, the barrel covers the young part, secondary flavours, preserves the fruit but notes of wood evolution appear such as vanilla, chocolate or toasted bread. WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE? It is a dry wine, medium acidity, with very well balanced tannins, silky, full-bodied without being heavy, warm, robust, with an intense entry. As you savour it, it becomes full-bodied, with a very smooth and elegant finish. WHAT TO PAIR IT WITH? Mushroom risotto, toasted bread spread with butter. Smoked and grilled meats. Grilled lettuce hearts.
