WINERY AND RURAL TOURIST COMPLEX

Campestral wines are the result of a dream project built from scratch with great enthusiasm, perseverance, will and effort by Andrés Troya, an entrepreneur who has always been in love with wine.

This project is developed in El Encanto, a high level rural tourist complex, where the winery and vineyards are located. The site is located on the outskirts of Arcos de la Frontera in a privileged environment, one kilometer from the Gold Arcos Garden course and an elevated location from where you can contemplate in an exceptional way the Guadalcacín reservoir, the Sierra de Grazalema and the rock where the old town of Arcos de la Frontera is located.

The destiny of this estate has always been to produce a good wine since the Romans in the area around the second century BC and produced wine in these parts thanks to its ideal characteristics for it.

HANDCRAFTED ELABORATION

Campestral wines are produced in an artisanal way following a natural and ancestral system, which stands out in its smell, taste and structure.

They are made from Palomino grapes and the red varieties Tintilla de Rota, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon which grow in a unique microclimate generated by the geographical location and proximity to the Guadalcacín reservoir, the Sierra de Grazalema and the Guadalquivir valley which give the wine a very special personality. Likewise, it is complemented by albariza soils and muddy streaks that allow us to obtain wonderful wines of concentrated character, fruity and with chalky sensations, wines with unique particularities that are reflected in their properties and nuances to these soils and the microclimate of the area.
